Job responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, and specialty drinks to recipe standards
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure an exceptional café experience
- Assist with food plating and counter setup as required
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards at the bar and café floor
- Monitor stock levels for coffee, milk, syrups, and consumables; flag replenishment needs
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting preferred
- Familiarity with espresso techniques, latte art, and brewing methods is a plus
- Basic English communication — spoken and written
- Friendly, guest-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, punctual, and willing to work in shifts
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
