About this job:
This role requires the candidate to be actively managing fund raising activity for the company. Fund raising would be in form of market instruments i.e. CP and NCD

Key Role:
• Dealing with market participants for fund raising through CP and NCDs
• Meeting with the bankers/ mutual funds/ insurance companies
• Managing end to end process including post drawdown processes
• Timely completion of compliances
• Preparing timely treasury related MIS
• Managing relationships with intermediaries




• Preparation of Information Memorandum / proposals for investors
• Using market intelligence to propose borrowing timing
• Managing ALM and reporting to ALCO

Qualification & experience
• CA/ MBA
• Deep relationships with mutual fund/insurance and bank treasuries
• Mandatory experience in raising funds through NCDs
• 5+ years work experience in treasury fund raising through DCM

6–8 years
