Key responsibilities
Sourcing of deals
Generate actionable pipeline of investable opportunities in commercial real estate
Independently manage transactions and negotiate with land owners, IPCs
Evaluate the pool of potential deals generated by team and provide inputs on the deals to be pursued
Prepare and negotiate Terms Sheets and other negotiation documents as may be required on a case-to-case basis.
Involve in negotiating with landowners / JV partners during the course of the transaction and during definitive documentation stage to enable deal closure.

Modelling and Analysis
Create the financial models and determine the appropriate return calculations basis the partnership model adopted
Analyse the market in terms of competition & product
