Job Roles & Responsibilities:
The candidate will play a critical role in asset management team at Godrej Ventures, overseeing financial modelling, investor reporting, market research, due diligence, and documentation. The role requires robust analytical and financial acumen to track asset performance, optimize portfolio returns, and support strategic decision-making.

1. Financial Modelling & Performance Tracking
Develop, update, and maintain business plans/financial models for portfolio assets to track actual performance against underwriting assumptions.
Analyse and monitor key financial metrics, cash flows, and return profiles to assess asset performance.
Work closely with investment and finance teams to integrate financial insights into strategic planning.
