We help patients manage and reverse chronic metabolic conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, Obesity, Hypertension and other lifestyle-related conditions through structured, closely monitored programs.

Our patients often reach out when they are worried about their health and looking for the right solution. Your role is to be the first trusted human connection they have with ReDial Clinic.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can handle inbound and outbound leads, understand patient requirements, build trust, conduct effective follow-ups, and convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations and program enrolments.

This is a target-driven, communication-heavy sales role.



You will be expected to actively manage your leads, follow up consistently, maintain accurate CRM records, and take ownership of your numbers.

In simple terms: your job is to turn a lead who is interested but uncertain into a person who books and attends a consultation with our team.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Calling
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Respond quickly to new leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Understand the patient's concerns, requirements, and intent before presenting the program.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads who are not ready to make an immediate decision.
- Ensure no genuine lead is left unattended or becomes cold due to lack of follow-up.

Sales & Conversion
- Explain ReDial Clinic's programs clearly in straightforward, non-technical language.
- Build trust and create a positive first impression with prospective patients.
