Role Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive Admissions for a full-time, on-site role at RedSketch Academy, Nirman Nagar, Jaipur.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students and parents, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable courses, managing follow-ups and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries.




- Understand student career goals and recommend suitable RedSketch Academy courses.
- Provide detailed information regarding courses, fees, duration, career opportunities and academy facilities.
- Regularly follow up with interested leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/database.
- Follow up with walk-in, digital marketing and referral leads.
- Coordinate with faculty and management whenever required during the admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, workshops and admission campaigns.
