Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions
Key Responsibilities:
- * Manage end-to-end channel sales operations across assigned regions.
- * Identify, onboard and activate new education channel partners.
- * Drive partner productivity, engagement and revenue.
- * Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
- * Achieve revenue and enrollment targets through channel-led sales.
- * Monitor leads, conversions,
enrollments and closures.
- * Execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- * Identify new market opportunities and partner networks.
- * Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, operations and academic teams.
- * Track partner performance through MIS and CRM tools.
What We’re Looking For :
- 5–10 years of experience in Channel Sales
- Experience in EdTech / Higher Education / Education Services preferred
- Strong experience with Online Degree / Executive Education / Working Professional Programs
- Multi-city / multi-region channel partner management experience
- Solid relationship management and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to drive revenue and partner productivity
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
