Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for Hundred Learning App. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital marketing, lead generation, brand building, campaign management, and team coordination, with a focus on driving student and parent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business and enrollment goals.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive quality leads for courses and programs offered by Hundred Learning App.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on CPL, lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to improve lead quality and overall conversion.
- Develop marketing campaigns targeting students and parents, particularly for 11th and 12th grade programs.
- Plan and manage social media content, promotions, campaigns, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors,



content creators, and other internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify recent opportunities.
- Track marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of the marketing spend.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify new channels and strategies for student acquisition.
- Plan seasonal, academic-year, admission, and promotional campaigns.
- Support offline marketing initiatives such as school/college outreach, events, seminars, and other student-focused activities when required.
- Build and strengthen the Hundred Learning App brand among students and parents.
- Take ownership of marketing targets and continuously improve campaign performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing/digital marketi
