​About the Role

​We are seeking a driven, result-oriented Sales Executive to lead and expand our market presence for CCTV cameras, security systems and electronic products across Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B/channel sales, dealer network expansion and field business development.

​Key Responsibilities

​Sales & Revenue

Generation: Drive direct and channel sales for CCTV cameras, security products, and electronic solutions to consistently achieve monthly targets.

​Network & Channel Management: Build, expand and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, wholesalers and retail partners across MP.

Business Development: Identify potential market opportunities, conduct cold calls, and perform regular field visits to convert prospects into long-term partners.

Client Engagement: Deliver product presentations, prepare commercial quotations, negotiate terms,



and manage end-to-end sales follow-ups.

​Market Intelligence: Gather customer feedback, monitor competitor movements, and analyze market trends to refine sales strategies.

Reporting & Travel: Maintain detailed CRM/sales reports, keep pipeline records updated, and travel extensively across key districts in Madhya Pradesh for business growth.

​Candidate Qualifications & Skills

​Experience: 1–3 years in sales (Experience in CCTV, security systems, consumer electronics, or hardware is highly preferred).

Channel Sales Focus: Demonstrated experience handling wholesale, dealer/distributor, or channel sales networks.

Core Competencies: Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.

​Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh.

Logistics & Tech: Basic computer literacy (MS Office/Email). Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid drivin
