Job Title: Manager Sales

Location: Kolkata

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional with strong experience in the DG (Diesel Generator) industry and deep market knowledge of West Bengal. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of independently managing the sales cycle and closing opportunities across MHP (Medium Horse Power) and HHP (High Horse Power) DG segments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive retail sales growth for DG products across assigned territories in West Bengal.

2. Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the MHP and HHP segments.

3. Independently manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, consultants, and key stakeholders.

5. Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives.

6. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to support business growth.

7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.





Key Requirements

1. 8+ years of experience in the Diesel Generator (DG) industry.

2. Solid understanding of the West Bengal market with an established customer network.

3. Demonstrated capability to independently close sales in MHP and HHP DG segments.

4. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.

5. Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

6. Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Preferred Profile

1. Experience working with leading DG/OEM or power solutions companies.

2. Technical Educational qualification

3. Strong customers connect across industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and institutional segments in West Bengal.
