We are looking for Telecalling Intern in Kalamassery who enjoys speaking with people and has an interest in sales and customer interaction.

This internship in Kalamassery, is great opportunity to build strong communication skills, gain hands-on experience in telecalling, and develop confidence in customer handling.
Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential customers of Perumbavoor and introduce dance classes and services

* Follow up with interested leads in a qualified and friendly manner

* Understand customer needs and provide correct information and solutions

* Work towards weekly and monthly enrollment or sales targets

* Maintain and update customer details accurately in the CRM system





* Improve telecalling and sales skills through regular feedback and training
