- Generate, qualify, and manage leads to achieve assigned sales, admissions, and revenue targets.
- Counsel prospective students and parents through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.
- Understand student requirements, academic interests, and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
- Present and promote courses by effectively communicating program features, eligibility, fees, advantages, and career opportunities.
- Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to convert enquiries into applications, registrations, and admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Support commercial discussions, pricing, offers, fee collection, and closure of admissions within approved guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, counselling interactions, follow-ups, applications, and admissions.




- Coordinate with Marketing and internal teams to support lead generation, campaigns, enrolment, and smooth admission processes.
- Prepare timely sales and admissions reports and ensure adherence to defined processes, policies, and TATs.
- Conduct client visits, institutional meetings, events, and other business development activities as required.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and assignments entrusted by management from time to time.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
