Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute production processes for EVA/EPE/POE encapsulant sheets, ensuring quality control and meeting customer requirements.
- Oversee plant operations, including sheet extrusion, T-die extrusion, casting film line, polymer processing, and GSM control.
- Develop and implement effective production planning strategies to meet project deadlines and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to material properties, gel content, thickness control, and solar encapsulant films.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working setting.
