Job Description – Operations & Store Executive

Salary: ₹30,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store and operational activities.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Handle inward and outward movement of materials.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, stock reports, dispatch records, and related documents.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.
- Manage dispatch, delivery, and transportation-related coordination.
- Maintain sales and purchase-related operational records.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and stock reports.




- Identify stock discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper documentation, storage, and movement of materials.
- Support billing, purchase, sales, and other operational activities as required.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in store, inventory, logistics, or operations.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of inventory and stock management.
- Experience in trading/agri-commodity/food industry will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
