Job Title : Chef De Partie-Bakery & Pastry

Exeperience -8-12 years

Job Location : Udaipur

Role & Responsibilites :
- Prepare and supervise bakery and pastry products as per quality standards.
- Handle production of breads, cakes, pastries, desserts and chocolates.
- Ensure proper preparation, baking, decoration and presentation of products.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage daily production and coordinate with the kitchen team.
- Monitor ingredients, stock and wastage.
- Train and guide junior team members when required.

Qualification & Skills
- Strong knowledge of Bakery & Pastry production.
- Good skills in bread, pastry, cakes, chocolate and desserts.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, decoration and presentation.
- Positive team management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:
- CDP in breads, cakes, pastries, desserts and chocolates: 8 years (Required)
