Job Description
Design develop and maintain the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database CMDB to ensure accurate and uptodate asset and configuration data Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate ServiceNow ITOM solutions with existing IT infrastructure Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow CMDB configurations and workflows Utilize best practices and industry standards to optimize CMDB processes and data quality Monitor and troubleshoot CMDB data integrity issues and implement corrective actions Support continuous improvement initiatives for ITOM processes leveraging ServiceNow capabilities Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modules to stakeholders and team members

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the endtoend implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow CMDB within the ITOM framework Manage CMDB data modeling discovery and reconciliation processes to maintain data accuracy Collaborate with IT operations security and asset management teams to align CMDB with organizational goals Develop and maintain documentation related to CMDB architecture processes and configurations Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to junior team members and users Participate in design reviews code reviews and quality assurance activities Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow ITOM features and industry trends to recommend improvements
