Business Development: Identifying clients by comparative study of market variable such as effectiveness,

quality, cost etc., and providing them with superior service. Conducting extensive market research to analyze

and assess market potential, tracking competitor activities for providing valuable inputs to marketing strategies.

Channel Management: Identifying and networking with financially solid and reliable dealers/channel partners,

resulting in deeper market penetration. Ensuring cost effective logistic operations & seamless products

movement to ascertain sufficient inventory levels at each sales outlet/ distribution channel

Relationship Management: Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts, medical fraternity,

opinion leaders and thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing them with complete product

support. Coordinating with the sales managers, product managers and zonal heads, ensuring smooth and

profitable operations.

Product Management and Sales Promotion: Designing & implementing marketing activities such as camps,

doctor’s meets/ conferences for enhancing brand visibility/ coverage & reach. Conceptualizing and
