Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel General Manager located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Hotel General Manager will oversee day-to-day hotel operations,



including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency. The role includes managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and implementing cost-control measures while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction. The person in this role will lead, train, and motivate hotel teams, set performance goals, and foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing business and marketing strategies, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, handling guest feedback, and representing the hotel brand within the local community and the broader Sankalp Group.
