Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and analytical
Manager – Forensic Audit
to lead forensic audit assignments involving financial fraud, irregularities, misconduct, asset misappropriation, fund diversion, and financial statement manipulation.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of
forensic accounting, auditing, financial investigation, internal controls, risk assessment, and financial analysis
. The candidate will be responsible for managing investigations, analyzing complex financial information, identifying suspicious transactions, preparing detailed reports, and providing actionable recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities

Forensic Audit & Investigation
- Plan and execute forensic audit and financial investigation assignments.
- Investigate suspected fraud, financial irregularities, misconduct, and financial manipulation.
- Review books of accounts, financial statements, ledgers, bank statements, invoices, contracts, and supporting documents.




- Identify suspicious and unusual transactions and investigate their underlying causes.
- Analyze cases involving fund diversion, asset misappropriation, fictitious transactions, revenue manipulation, and expense fraud.
- Quantify financial losses and assess the financial impact of identified irregularities.

Financial & Transaction Analysis
- Perform detailed analysis of financial and transactional data.
- Conduct fund flow analysis and trace movement of funds across accounts and entities.
- Analyze bank transactions, related-party transactions, vendor payments, customer receipts, and inter-company transactions.
- Identify unusual transaction patterns, circular transactions, and potential financial misconduct.
- Perform asset tracing and investigate potential diversion or misuse of company assets.
- Reconstruct transactions and financial flows where required.
