Social Media Executive

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month for the first 4 months
Salary Revision: Performance-based hike after successful completion of 4 months

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow the social media presence of our company and clients.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, content creation, Reels, social media trends, Canva, and audience engagement. You should be comfortable working with multiple client accounts and contributing fresh ideas to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Create and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Develop creative ideas for posts, Reels, Stories, campaigns and promotional content.
- Write engaging captions, headlines and social media copy.




- Coordinate with graphic designers/video editors for creatives and Reels.
- Create basic social media creatives using Canva when required.
- Research trending topics, audio, hashtags and content formats.
- Publish and schedule posts according to the approved content calendar.
- Manage multiple client social media accounts professionally.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
- Work towards improving followers, reach, engagement and brand visibility organically.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify recent content opportunities.
- Assist in planning festival campaigns, offers and promotional activities.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn algorithm changes and trends.
- Coordinate internally to ensure content is delivered and published on time.
