Key Responsibilities
• Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for OTC pharmaceutical products,
health supplements, wellness products, and related healthcare categories.
• Manage licensing and regulatory compliance by coordinating with suppliers
to ensure all products meet applicable legal and quality requirements.
• Develop and expand the product portfolio, including over-the-counter
medicines, wellness products, first-aid supplies, and health supplements.
• Build solid relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and brand
partners to secure competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
• Drive margin management through effective negotiations, pricing strategies,
and cost optimization initiatives.
• Monitor category performance, sales trends, customer demand, and
competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan product launches, promotions, and assortment strategies in
collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Ensure product availability by coordinating procurement, inventory
planning, and replenishment with supply chain teams.
• Analyze vendor performance using key metrics such as pricing, service
levels, product quality, and delivery timelines.
