Role Overview

Lark Finserv is looking for an energetic and results-driven
Telecalling Team Leader

to manage and scale our calling and customer conversion function.

The candidate should have experience in
personal loans, consumer loans, financial products, fintech, NBFC or banking

, with a strong understanding of lead follow-up and loan processing.

The role will combine
telecalling, customer persuasion, team management, data analysis and AI-powered voice calling

.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing both
human callers and AI voice calling systems

analysing call outcomes and ensuring that every qualified lead is effectively followed up until conversion.

Key Responsibilities1. Telecalling & Lead Conversion
- Manage the complete telecalling and lead follow-up process.
- Call customers and explain Lark's lending products clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and assess initial eligibility.
- Follow up with interested customers and drive them towards application and disbursement.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads through the complete loan journey.
- Maintain strong customer engagement until the lead is converted or closed.

2. Team Management
- Manage and supervise a team of telecallers.
- Allocate leads and calling targets to team members.
- Set daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.
