To manage the day-to-day operations of the bodyshop, ensuring quality repairs, timely delivery, productive manpower utilization, customer satisfaction, and proper control of materials and costs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily bodyshop operations and workflow.
- Allocate repair jobs to technicians and monitor job progress.
- Ensure vehicles are repaired and delivered within the committed time.
- Inspect repair quality and ensure proper finishing before vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Insurance Team, Technicians, Parts and Accounts.
- Monitor accident repair estimates, approvals and insurance-related documentation.
- Ensure proper use and control of spare parts, consumables and materials.
- Monitor technician productivity, attendance and work discipline.
- Conduct quality checks at different stages of the repair process.




- Handle customer complaints related to bodyshop repairs and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records of job cards, pending jobs, completed jobs and delivery status.
- Monitor pending insurance approvals and coordinate for quick settlement.
- Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, housekeeping and proper equipment usage.
- Monitor bodyshop expenses and minimize unnecessary wastage.
- Train and guide technicians and other bodyshop staff.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly bodyshop performance reports to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
