Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of telesales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective outbound calling and collections processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition rates, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in BPO sales or similar industry.
- Proven track record in managing teams, achieving targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Robust understanding of the collections process, including debt recovery techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
