Inviting applications for the role of Specialist, Insurance Claims
Work location- Noida (work from office)
Responsibilities
• Manage high-volume low complexity claims from beginning to end.
• Investigate automobile accidents to determine the cause and liability including reviewing police reports and conducting interviews with witnesses in some cases.
• Analyzing insurance policies and relevant laws and regulations to determine the scope of coverage related to automobile accidents.
• Negotiate repairs and settlements with claimants
• Provide regular updates on automobile claims to policyholders insured claimant and other members of the claims team.
• Assess damage to vehicles involved in accidents including reviewing repair estimates and determining the cost of repairs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as claims adjusters and clients
