Hiring: SME Sales Executive – US Shift
Location: Bangalore – In-House
Shift: US Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST
CTC: ₹6 LPA Fixed + ₹2.5 LPA Variable

Role: SME Sales Executive

We are looking for high-energy outbound sales professionals who are confident on calls, comfortable speaking with international customers/business owners, and motivated by sales targets.

Mandatory Requirements :
- 1–3 years of outbound/inside sales experience
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the recent organization
- 80%+ outbound sales experience
- Comfortable making 60+ outbound calls per day
- Excellent communication skills (9/10 preferred)
- International market exposure is mandatory
- Robust cold-calling and objection-handling skills
- Experience selling to SMEs/business owners/decision-makers
- Comfortable working in US shifts
- Strong target orientation and resilience

Key Responsibilities :
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential sellers
- Conduct cold calls and explain Bark's value proposition




- Handle objections and convert prospects
- Book onboarding/activation meetings
- Sell and activate sellers directly over the phone
- Guide sellers through pricing, lead flow and platform usage
- Conduct onboarding calls and provide product guidance
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups in CRM/ticketing systems
- Deliver an excellent seller experience
