Job Description: Real Estate- Executive

Position: Real Estate- Executive

Location: NagpurExperience Required: 1-2 years Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate leads through cold calls, references, site visits, and digital platforms.

· Engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable properties.

· Conduct property presentations and site visits to potential clients.

· Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.

· Maintain relationships with existing and new clients for repeat/referral business.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

· Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and other stakeholders.

· Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM systems.

· Support the Area Manager/Team Leader in executing sales strategies.

Skills & Competencies:





· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Convincing and negotiation abilities.

· Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

· Knowledge of local real estate markets is an advantage.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Key Requirements:

· Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

· Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.

Salary Range: As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
