Area Growth Manager - FMCG/Beverages - Mumbai - 2+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Area Growth Manager with 2+ years of experience in FMCG, Beverages, Food & Beverage Distribution, or General Trade sales. The ideal candidate will have solid exposure to distributor and retail management, primary and secondary sales, collections, visibility and market activation. The role will be responsible for driving territory growth through effective team and channel management.

Responsibilities

1. Managing key retail and distributor accounts while monitoring Sales Executives/BCs and driving business growth, collections, visibility and market activation across the assigned area.
2. Meeting key distributors and retailers regularly while negotiating business terms and strengthening channel relationships.
3.



Achieving sales and collection targets through close coordination with the team, distributors and Sales Supervisors.
4. Driving visibility targets and developing outlet-focused visibility plans based on market dynamics and brand priorities.
5. Planning and achieving primary and secondary sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis through the assigned team.
6. Implementing company schemes and promotional activities across the assigned territory.
7. Maintaining accurate sales and outlet/sales-point data for the territory.
8. Ensuring financial discipline across distributors, retail, General Trade and Modern Trade channels.

Requirements

1. Having 2+ years of experience in FMCG, Beverages, Food & Beverage Distribution or General Trade sales.
2. Demonstrating strong experience in distributor and retailer management.
3. Having hands-on exposure to primary and secondary sales, collections and market activation.
