Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT and NON-IT roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, reference checks, and other assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or staffing industry.
- Solid understanding of IT & NON-IT recruitment processes and trends.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
