Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Marketing & Digital Marketing to lead the company's overall marketing, branding, digital presence, market development and lead-generation initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing both traditional and digital marketing strategies to strengthen the company's position in the automotive market, generate qualified B2B leads, improve brand visibility and support the Sales & Business Development team.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in automotive/auto-component B2B marketing, along with hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, website management, lead generation and marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities1.



Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute the company's annual marketing strategy and marketing plan.
- Define target markets, customer segments and positioning strategies.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor automotive industry trends, competitors and customer requirements.
- Develop strategies for entering new markets and customer segments.
- Build and strengthen the company's brand within the automotive industry.
- Develop product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

2. Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute the company's overall digital marketing strategy.
- Manage and continuously improve the corporate website.
- Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and qualified traffic.
