Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1.5–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency. You should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, be proactive in identifying new business opportunities, and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other lead generation channels.

2. Conduct outbound sales calls, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings with potential clients.

3. Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients over calls, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings.

4. Attend direct client meetings and build long-term business relationships.

Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and successful conversion of leads into clients.

6. Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize lead conversion.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

8. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.

9. Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, follow-ups, leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or other tracking systems.

10. Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.

11. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and pipeline reports.

12. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
