About The Role
Square Business Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Team Lead to lead the recruitment function for BPO hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, driving hiring targets, and ensuring timely closure of manpower requirements while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Voice and Non-Voice BPO roles.
- Allocate requisitions and monitor recruiter productivity and closures.
- Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and vendor management.
- Coordinate with Operations and Business Heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Conduct recruiter reviews, coaching sessions, and performance monitoring.




- Ensure timely interview scheduling, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring analytics.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Offer-to-Join Ratio, and Source Effectiveness.
- Drive process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and documentation.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in BPO Talent Acquisition.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience leading a recruitment team.
- Experience in bulk/volume hiring is mandatory.

Required Skills
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment MIS and MS Excel.
