About the Role :

We are expanding the
USC India Lubrication Vertical
and looking for an ambitious, self-driven
Sales & Business Development Manager
.

This is not a account-maintenance role. We are seeking a
proven hunter
who brings deep relationships with plant end-users (Maintenance, Reliability, Plant Heads) and Procurement/Purchasing teams across industrial sectors. You will have full ownership to build new territories, penetrate new accounts, and scale our lubrication vertical across India.

Key Responsibilities :
- Recent Account Acquisition:
Identify, target, and convert key industrial end-users, OEMs, and commercial accounts across India.
- Territory Expansion:
Strategize and map unmapped regions, expanding our geographical footprint and market share.
- Relationship Management:
Build and leverage strong, direct relationships with Plant Managers, Maintenance Engineers, Reliability Heads,



and Purchase/Procurement teams.
- Technical & Solution Selling:
Understand customer pain points (equipment downtime, wear and tear, high operating costs) and propose tailored lubrication solutions.
- Pipeline & Revenue Growth:
Manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle—from cold approach and technical evaluations to commercial negotiations and contract closure.
- Market Intelligence:
Track competitor activity, pricing strategies, and industry shifts to keep USC India ahead of market demands.

Right Hunters
- Track Record:

7–10+ years of proven hands-on sales experience in
Industrial Bearings, Specialty Grease, or High-Value B2B Industrial Consumables

.
- Established Network:
Active relationships with end-users and procurement teams in key sectors (Steel, Cement, Power, Automotive, General Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, etc.).
- Self-Driven & Autonomous:
