You will run demand generation for TechBag: getting the platform in front of the right buyers, filling the top of the funnel, and running the vendor-facing marketing programs that bring both sides of the marketplace together.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will be writing the emails, building the sequences, sending the LinkedIn messages, and running the webinars not managing an agency that does it.

What You'll Own

*Outbound and Email*
- Build and run email sequences to target buyer segments across BFSI, manufacturing, IT/ITeS, and healthcare
- Write copy that gets opened and replied to subject lines, sequences, follow-ups
- Manage list hygiene, segmentation, deliverability, and sequence performance
- Run personalised LinkedIn outreach to decision-makers research-led, not templated blasts
- Track reply rates and meetings booked as the primary measure of outbound health

*Platform Visibility*
- Grow TechBag's presence across organic search, LinkedIn, and relevant industry channels
- Publish and distribute content that reaches software buyers comparison pages,



category guides, industry pieces
- Work on on-page SEO for vendor and category pages
- Manage TechBag's LinkedIn company presence and content calendar

*Webinars and Events*
- Execute joint webinars and events with vendor partners, working alongside our alliances team
- Own everything from registration page to post-event follow-up: invites, promotion, reminders, attendance, nurture
- Hit registration and attendance targets, and hand qualified attendees to sales

What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing ideally at a SaaS or technology company
- Hands-on experience building and running email sequences with a real tool (Smartlead, Instantly, HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar)
- Solid written English — you will be writing the emails, LinkedIn messages, and landing page copy yourself
- Practical understanding of email deliverability: domain warm-u
