Role Description
The Social Media Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive engagement. The Social Media Manager will manage daily channel activity, including posting, community management, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, brand-aligned manner. The role involves working closely with creators and internal teams to develop campaign calendars,



track performance metrics, and optimize content based on data and audience insights. The Social Media Manager will also monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep Cretoro’s social presence current and effective.

Qualifications
- Strong social media management skills, including content planning, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Experience in content creation and copywriting for social platforms, with an eye for visual storytelling and brand voice.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing, creator collaborations, and campaign execution across multiple channels.
- Ability to analyze performance data, generate insights, and adjust strategies to improve reach and conversions.
- Familiarity with social media tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, analytics tools).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with
