Job Description
- We are looking for a Program Specialist – Training (EV Trainer) who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students in Electric Vehicle technologies.
- This is primarily a trainer role, where the selected candidate will train students on Electric Vehicle (EV) technologies, components, and industry practices. The trainer will conduct structured classroom and practical training sessions to help students develop technical knowledge and industry readiness.




- The role requires frequent travel to partner colleges and training centres to conduct offline training sessions and hands-on workshops.
- Since the role involves delivering training sessions and interacting with students, candidates must have very valuable English communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training sessions to students on Electric Vehicle technologies and systems.
- Conduct training on topics such as:

o Electric motors

o Controllers

o Battery systems and battery chemistry

o Power electronics

o Primary and secondary harness systems

o Wiring and power distribution systems
- Travel to partner colleges and training centres to conduct offline training and practical sessions.
- Design and develop training modules, presentations, manuals, and hands-on learning activities for students.
