- Execute daily production activities as per production plan and targets.
- Supervise production operators and ensure effective use of manpower and resources.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, company procedures.
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to approved specifications and SOPs.
- Maintain accurate production records, batch documents, and traceability data.
- Coordinate with Quality, RM Store, and Planning departments.
- Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support audits, validations, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Allocate manpower and production resources within the assigned area.
- Report and escalate production, quality, and equipment-related issues.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Other Requirements:
- Languages: English (read, write & speak), Hindi mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy, including:
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP / ERP.
