Project description

Our project requires a Payplus Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of back-office operations and experience or exposure in payments.
Responsibilities

Would be the point of contact for the Finastra Global Payplus setup

Would own/manage the Support and queries coming from the bank

Should be able to close the tickets within the agreed SLA

Should understand basic of Java/J2EE concepts and do basic troubleshooting

Discuss with business on any new requirement and convert that into business specification

Should be able to do system support and administration of UNIX-like platforms

Discuss with the business on the Issues and troubleshooting
Skills

Must have

5-10 years of experience

Java/J2EE Basic

Experience with PayPlus platform





Back Office Experience

Accounting and Payment experience

Business Acumen

Experience in the banking and financial services industry

Valuable experience and understanding of end-to-end payment processing solutions

Very good understanding of the Finastra

Global Payplus implementation for the client

Nice to have
