Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Sadar, responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within the assigned territory. The role involves identifying and onboarding new fleet owners and trucking partners, managing relationships with existing customers,



and ensuring consistent engagement with key accounts. The Territory Sales Manager will monitor territory performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets. Daily activities include conducting field visits, leading customer meetings, coordinating with operations and customer support teams, and organizing training sessions or product demonstrations as needed. This role also requires proactively addressing customer issues, gathering market insights, and representing BlackBuck’s solutions and values in the local trucking community.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including territory planning, pipeline development, and target achievement.
