Job Summary

The Prime Step Institute is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement & Corporate Relations Executive to manage student placements, build strong relationships with companies, and create recent employment opportunities for our students.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, networking, coordination, and relationship-building skills, along with a strong understanding of recruitment and placement processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters.
- Identify and generate recent placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate with companies for job openings, interviews, recruitment drives, and campus placements.
- Understand student skills and match suitable candidates with relevant job opportunities.
- Organize placement drives, interviews,



career fairs, and recruitment activities.
- Coordinate between students and corporate recruiters throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and regularly update placement databases, company contacts, and student records.
- Follow up with recruiters regarding interview results, selections, and joining status.
- Build long-term corporate partnerships with IT and non-IT companies.
- Support students with interview scheduling, resume sharing, and basic placement coordination.
- Achieve placement and corporate engagement targets.

Required Skills
