Job Role:

We are looking for an HR Executive to support the day-to-day HR operations for our Central Kitchen and Retail Outlets in Kolkata. The role will involve recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR records, induction and regular coordination with employees and business teams.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions across Central Kitchen and Retail Outlets.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, selection, offer and joining coordination.
- Handle joining formalities, documentation and employee records.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain accurate and updated HR records, employee files and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for background verification and pre-employment formalities.
- Conduct regular Central Kitchen and Retail Outlet visits to understand employee-related requirements and provide HR support.




- Support employee engagement and resolve routine employee queries.
- Assist the Senior Manager HRBP in day-to-day HR operations and other HR initiatives.
- Prepare regular recruitment and HR MIS reports as required.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.
- 13 years of experience in HR recruitment/generalist operations, preferably in Food, Retail, QSR, Hospitality, FMCG or similar industries.
- Positive understanding of recruitment, onboarding and HR documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field/site visits to Central Kitchen and Retail Outlets.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and basic HR systems/HRMS.
- Should be proactive, organised and capable of handling multiple requirements simultaneously
