Job Description Accountant / Financial Reporting

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting professional with 23 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Ind AS, IGAAP, and core accounting principles, along with good analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Support preparation of financial statements, management reports, and accounting schedules.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Ind AS and IGAAP accounting standards and internal accounting policies.
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support preparation and review of financial and management reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and auditors for accounting-related requirements and queries.




- Assist in maintaining proper documentation and supporting schedules for audit and compliance purposes.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting and reporting processes and drive process efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and applicable statutory requirements.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Education & Experience
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CMA
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Ind AS, IGAAP, or related areas.
