Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard high-net-worth retail clients using prior industry connects and networking.
- Drive investments in Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Mutual Funds in the range of 510 lakhs.
- Build and maintain robust sales pipelines using CRM and structured sales processes.
- Negotiate and close deals independently with minimal support.
- Leverage personal relationships to acquire customers.
- Ensure accurate MIS tracking, compliance adherence, and timely closures.
- Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets.
- Work under target pressure with a high ownership and growth mindset.
