Summary:
Seeking a certified PREEvision Configurator Engineer to support the design, configuration, and optimization of PREEvision plugins to enhance it functionality and integration with other systems.

Responsibilities:

Design , develop , customize PREEvision plugins through its API and scripting capabilities and leveraging the meta model
Provide technical support and training on tool usage
Ensure compliance with automotive standards and project requirements
Maintain up-to-date documentation
Process Improvement:Contribute to the improvement of engineering workflows and methods leveraging the capabilities of PREEvision.
Automate processes related to data import/export, report generation, and consistency checks.
Must Have:

Experience with wiring harness development
Scripting/automation in PREEvision
Should have in depth understanding of KBL and VEC formats




Requirements:

Bachelor’s/master’s in electrical/automotive engineering or related field
Certified PREEvision Configurator
2+ years auto E/E systems experience
Proficient in E/E architecture design (networks, ECUs, wiring)
Knowledge of relevant automotive protocols and standards (e.g., AUTOSAR, ISO 26262)
Solid communication and teamwork skills

Roles and Responsibilities
Under direct supervision, works on the architecture and applied knowledge of coding an electronic microcontroller or components and ensure product works to specification. Assists in coding, testing, and debugging software or making enhancements to existing software . Writes programs according to specifications from higher level staff or Technical team.
