Job Purpose:
The
Senior Business Analyst & Solution Lead – Order to Cash, Global Trade & Service (SAP SD/GTS)
is responsible for global ownership of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Trade Compliance, Logistics Execution, and Service Management business processes. The role serves as a strategic business partner, SAP functional expert, solution architect, and transformation lead, driving business process optimization, SAP solution strategy, governance, and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. The position acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, SAP support partners, implementation providers, and IT leadership to deliver scalable, compliant, and industry-leading solutions. With 12–15 Years SAP Experience as BA ,8+ Years SD/GTS Consulting and experience in Global Sales & Supply Programmes.
