Job Title: Business Development Executive - EdTech

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Edtech BDE’s (1-4 years) to join our EdTech team. In this role, you will engage with prospective students, understand their upskilling needs, provide detailed information about our programs, and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads by understanding students’ upskilling needs based on their interests.
- Provide comprehensive program details over the phone and build a solid pipeline of prospective students.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment targets and Support tele calling, admissions, and counselling teams as needed.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, workshops and report daily activity, market feedback,



and competitor analysis to the management.
- Guide students on career choices and skill development by understanding their needs and recommending suitable educational programs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's (or) master's degree in marketing, Sales, or any discipline (MBA is a plus).
- 1-4 years of experience in EdTech domain sales activities.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform and meet goals in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
