Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled
as Account Manager
with
8-12 years of experience
in
Accounts & Finance, preferably in the Retail Industry
. The ideal candidate should have expertise in
Profit & Loss (P&L;) management, strong financial acumen, payout processing, and excellent presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and analyze
Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements
and other financial reports.

· Manage
end-to-end accounting operations, finance, and payout processing
at a senior level.

· Ensure
accurate financial reporting and compliance




with company policies and regulatory requirements.

· Present financial data to senior management with
solid analytical and presentation skills
.

· Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth.

· Supervise and guide junior accountants, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

· Collaborate with internal teams for
cost control, tax planning, and audit processes
