About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales Outreach / Business Development Associate to join our growing sales team.

The role will primarily focus on outbound lead generation, prospect research, cold outreach, lead qualification, follow-ups, and appointment setting. You will be responsible for identifying potential B2B clients, connecting with decision-makers, creating meaningful conversations, and generating qualified sales opportunities for the business.

This is a fully remote, target-driven role ideal for someone who is confident in communication, enjoys sales and outreach, and is comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients and target accounts.
- Identify key decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CXOs, HR Heads, Marketing Heads, and Business Owners.




- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, Apollo, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct cold outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other relevant channels.
- Create personalized outreach messages based on the prospect's business, industry, and potential requirements.
- Introduce the company's products/services and generate interest among prospects.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, decision-making authority, and buying intent.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects through structured outreach sequences.
- Schedule qualified meetings, demos, and discovery calls for the sales/founding team.
- Maintain accurate lead information, communication history, follow-ups, and pipeline stages in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Track outreach performance and provide regular reports on leads generated, responses, meetings, and conversions.
