Position: Sales Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Finance Manager with a strong background in the financial services, brokerage, or fintech industry. The ideal candidate should have experience working with reputed brokerage or fintech companies such as Angel One, Zerodha, Upstox, Groww, ICICI Direct, Motilal Oswal, Sharekhan, 5Paisa, Paytm Money, or similar organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive sales and revenue growth initiatives.
- Lead and monitor sales teams and Team Leaders.
- Develop strategies to increase Demat account openings and financial product sales.
- Track sales targets, revenue, team performance, and business KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Analyse sales performance and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Train, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.




- Coordinate with management and other departments to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in broking, Demat accounts, stock market, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and brokerage services.
- Proven experience in sales management and revenue generation.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Ability to work with targets and performance-driven teams.
- Experience with companies such as Angel One, Zerodha, Upstox, Groww, ICICI Direct, Motilal Oswal, Sharekhan, 5Paisa, Paytm Money, or similar organizations will be preferred.

Qualification: Graduate/MBA in Finance, Sales, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience: 5–8 years in Sales/Finance/Financial Services, preferably in the brokerage or fintech industry.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
