Job Description – Executive, Warehouse Quality (Incoming Quality)

Reporting To:

Assistant Manager / Manager – Quality

1. Perform physical inspection of all incoming materials received at the warehouse to verify quantity, product identity, packaging condition, labeling, and overall compliance with approved specifications.

2. Carry out sampling of incoming materials as per approved SOPs and sampling plans. Coordinate testing activities and prepare the Certificate of Analysis (COA) and related quality records.

3. Review inspection and test results and communicate the material quality status to the Warehouse/Inward team. Recommend material acceptance or rejection and provide quality clearance for GRN processing after approval from the reporting manager, wherever applicable.

4.



Ensure proper segregation of materials (Approved, Rejected, or expired) in the warehouse.

5. Monitor warehouse hygiene, housekeeping, GMP, and GDP compliance.

6. Verify supplier documentation, including COA, batch details, manufacturing/expiry dates.

7. Maintain accurate IQC records and ensure audit readiness.

8. Escalate quality concerns the reporting manager.

9. Perform other quality-related activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
